Each user is permitted one account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether to circumvent restrictions, claim additional bonuses, or for any other reason — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, valid contact details and date of birth. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Account security is your responsibility. You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share your username or password with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact Casibom support immediately. Casibom will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by failure to keep credentials secure.
Casibom may request additional verification documents — such as a copy of a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or payment method confirmation — as part of the KYC process. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
All transactions on Casibom are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits can be made using the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (IBFT), and debit or credit cards where supported. Casibom does not support international payment methods or cryptocurrency deposits.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your Casibom balance instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment channel. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. Any deposit received from a non-matching account may be returned and the originating account investigation triggered.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are processed natively — you do not need to go through a third-party gateway. Simply select your preferred method at the cashier, enter your mobile number and confirm via your wallet app.
Withdrawal requests are processed once identity verification (KYC) has been completed. You may request a withdrawal to any payment method that matches the name on your Casibom account. Withdrawals are processed in PKR and credited to your JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, Raast-linked bank account or bank via IBFT.
Standard withdrawal processing time is within a few hours of the request being submitted, subject to the payment channel's own processing schedule. Casibom does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals, although your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Casibom reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold. This is standard procedure and is not a reflection on the user's standing.
If bonus funds have been credited to your account, any applicable wagering requirements must be met before the bonus-derived balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for bonus terms.

Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, not as withdrawable cash. To convert bonus funds to withdrawable real-money balance, you must complete the stated wagering requirement. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be bet before it becomes cashable.

All sports bets placed on Casibom — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports — are subject to the following general rules. Specific sport-by-sport rules are available in the betting section of the platform.
A bet is considered accepted once you receive a confirmation on the bet slip. Bets placed in error, including incorrect amounts or market selections, cannot be cancelled once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip before submitting.
Casibom reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time — particularly on live in-play events — where unusual activity is detected or where the integrity of an event is in question. Bets placed before a suspension are settled according to the event result unless the event is subsequently voided.
Cash-out functionality is available on selected markets. The cash-out value is calculated in real time and represents a settlement offer at that moment. Once accepted, the cash-out is final and the bet is settled immediately at the offered PKR value, regardless of the final result.
All casino games available on Casibom — including slots, live casino tables and card games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or employ live dealer studios with independently verified dealing procedures. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel.
By playing casino games on Casibom, you accept that the outcome of each game is determined by the RNG system and is independent of previous results. Casibom does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence results once a game round has started.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Casibom reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned via the original deposit method.
You may close your own account at any time by contacting customer support. If you are closing your account due to concerns about problem gambling, please inform support so that appropriate responsible gaming measures can be applied.
Casibom collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

In all circumstances, Casibom's maximum liability to any individual user in any calendar month shall not exceed the total net deposit made by that user in the same month.
Casibom reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, Casibom may notify users via email or an in-platform notification.
